After many (SO MANY!) requests, we’re excited to offer a handful of styles for adults and have even more in the works. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order! If you have a Primary.com account, you can also track your order in your Order History. Please note that we’re unable to contact the carrier or provide delivery instructions on your behalf. Please note that orders shipping to PO Boxes cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Why do you only offer limited colors in solid colors?

We took our time to get this one right, so you and your kids can sleep easy. Orders placed M-F on business days by 1pm ET ship the same day, otherwise orders ship the next business day. We are a small company based in New York, founded by two moms who were previously executives at Diapers.com/Quidsi. We created Primary so that parents everywhere (including ourselves) will have a go-to for quality clothes without logos, slogans, or gendered prescriptions.

This means we organize our shopping experience into two simple categories, “baby” and “kid” instead of “boy” and “girl.” Why? Because clothes and colors don’t have genders, so it never made sense to us to organize them as if they do. We make dresses for kids who wear dresses, pants for kids who wear pants, PJs for kids who wear PJs. Unless you and Primary Kids otherwise agree, the arbitration will be conducted in the county where you reside. If your claim does not exceed $10,000, then the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of the documents that you and Primary Kids submit to the arbitrator, unless you request a hearing or the arbitrator determines that a hearing is necessary. If your claim exceeds $10,000, your right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA Rules.

Changes to Terms or Services

We’re able to update addresses for orders that haven’t yet been processed. However, once an order is processed, we can no longer make changes to the shipping address. Instead of chasing trends, we focus on timeless essentials every kid needs in a rainbow of vibrant colors. This focus allows us to offer the best price and also an easy shopping experience for busy parents.

All the materials used in the production of Primary’s clothing must fully comply with Level 1 of the RSL. All suppliers / vendors / sellers must strictly adhere to stated restrictions. These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Simply enter your unique gift code in the field marked “Enter promo or gift code”.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment and send you a confirmation email. Exchanges are free within 90 days or returns have a $5 fee per order. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. While autofill features can be helpful, we encourage you to double-check that the information entered is accurate. We are not responsible for addresses that were autofilled by Shop Pay, browsers, or mobile payment services such as ApplePay or Paypal. If you prevail in arbitration you will be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses, to the extent provided under applicable law. Primary Kids will not seek, and hereby waives all rights it may have under applicable law to recover, attorneys’ fees and expenses if it prevails in arbitration. Our quick and easy two step return and reorder process takes the place of an exchange policy. Just follow the steps through our self-service return portal where you can opt to exchange your return for a new color/size or a new item.

Free Costume Concierge Service

No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. All prices displayed via the Services are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. For the products and/or services available via our Services, certain descriptions (such as approximate measurements and/or colors) are provided for convenience only and may not accurately represent the product and/or service in question.

If you want to use certain features of the Services, including making a purchase via the Site, you’ll have to create an account ( „Account“ ). It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your Account and you agree to update such information, as needed, to keep it accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you don’t, we might have to suspend or terminate your Account. You agree that you won’t disclose your Account password to anyone and you’ll notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. You’re responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you know about them. Unfortunately, Primary cannot transfer gift cards or credit to other customers.

What if I sent my package to the wrong address?

We have a set of comprehensive supply chain manuals that every vendor and agent must read and acknowledge prior to engagement. We currently manufacture our clothing in India, Vietnam and China. Every facility producing Primary’s clothing must be approved by a certified third party inspection company and remain compliant with ethical manufacturing processes.

• Please note that standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to business days and overnight shipping is unfortunately not available.
• The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
• Whether you are an Account holder or a visitor (each, a „User“ ), we welcome feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Services ( „Feedback“ ).
• We invest these savings back in order to continually offer quality products in premium fabrics.
• Unfortunately, Primary cannot transfer gift cards or credit to other customers.

We cannot guarantee the availability of the merchandise listed on our Site or that merchandise will always be in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time we are processing your order, we will notify you of this via the e-mail you have provided when setting up your Account. We reserve the right to limit quantities in certain circumstances. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail once the merchandise you purchase has shipped.

As co-founders of Primary and as parents ourselves, we are deeply committed to sustainability and our collective stewardship of the planet. From the fabrics we source, to the manufacturing partners we choose, to the packaging of our products, we’ve consistently raised our standards. Because it isn’t just about the clothing we make for babies and kids, it’s about the planet they’ll inherit from us. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to the address reflected in the shipping confirmation. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel the order of that item and notify you of the cancellation. If you have a Paypal account linked to an international credit card, you may choose this option at checkout as long as your order is being shipped within the US.
